U.S.A. Ground Shipping & Handling Rates
(Excluding Alaska and Hawai’i)
The published Freight Chart shows standard rates for ground shipments within the continental U.S. only. Additional freight charges for shipments outside of the continental U.S. or rush/air freight service will be added to your credit card or invoice.
For International shipments, additional charges such as air freight, tariffs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. may be billed separately from your original invoice. Sometimes this could take up to two months.

On stock items, please allow 3-8 days for delivery. Any item out of stock at the time of order or customized made to order products will be shipped as soon as the product is available.
The following chart shows the number of days required to ship via standard ground freight from our Kansas City 66214 warehouse to commercial locations within the U.S.
The map below illustrates services schedules in number of business days for ground shipments. Please note: For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Example: If we ship a package on Monday that takes two business days to arrive, it would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
If needed the next business day, enter your rush order for in-stock items before 12 Noon (Central time) for guaranteed FedEx or UPS AIR delivery the next weekday or via 2-day Air service. Additional freight charges will be added to the invoice or credit card. Use the Date Needed By and/or Rush Charges Approved fields on the Check Out Screen and enter any other comments in the Special Instructions box at the bottom. Feel free to call National Premium to confirm your shipment details.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your in-stock merchandise or need a different size, please contact us to expedite an exchange. Return requests must be made to National Premium within 15 days of receipt and the merchandise must be in its original condition. Damaged or defective items will be replaced by National Premium.
To make a Return or Exchange, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-77-TEACH (83224) to initiate the process. Please note that made-to-order items may not be returned unless they are defective.
